We mix in some enzyme with our Carpet Details pre-spray to help break down all organic material making it inactive and safe to those living in the home.
Your carpets will typically take about 8-12 hours to dry completely, depending on the season. We recommend keeping the area well-ventilated to speed up the drying process.
Please remove small items, plants, trash cans, and any breakables from the floor and furniture. Pre-vacuum the areas you want cleaned to ensure the best results. This helps us provide a thorough and efficient cleaning service.
We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or spots. Some substances cause permanent stains, and the age and type of carpet fibers also affect stain removal. Our technician will assess and inform you about the likelihood of removing specific stains. We always strive to achieve the best possible results.
