We primarily use mineral based cleaners such as Green Dragon and Carpet Details.

We offer both hot water extraction as well as Very Low Moisture pad style cleaning. I personally prefer VLM for its faster drying times and minimal disruption.

It really depends on the season, but on average it takes about 8-12 hours for carpets to dry.

Yes. Remove any small items, plants, trash cans, etc from the floor in the room you want cleaned. Remove any breakables and other items that aren't anchored from the top of the furniture. Pre-vacuum all areas you would like cleaned.

No. Some substances leave permanent stains on the carpet fiber itself, making it impossible to remove. The age and type of carpet fibers can also play a major role in our ability or inability to remove a stain. The service technician will try to let you know beforehand which stains appear to be removable, but it is never a guarantee.

We mix in some enzyme with our Carpet Details pre-spray to help break down all organic material making it inactive and safe to those living in the home.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
